Joe learned from an early age that growing up in an Italian family meant that the kitchen is the most important room in the house. His mother, Josephine, has always expressed her love for family, friends and her Sicilian Heritage through her cooking.
A commercial aircraft mechanic and professional stand-up comic, Joe started helping his mother in the kitchen when he was six and co-authored The Extraordinary Cuisine of Josephine.
