Before Joe Romano founded Sicilianaire he focused on stand up comedy talking about food. Even though he feels bad for beaten eggs, whipped carrots and mashed garlic, and cringes at the thought of strained tomatoes, there isn't a food he won't take down in the name of authentic Sicilian cooking.
